Driving through the quaint town of Easton is like stepping back in time. Winding, tree-lined streets snake through the lush countryside. This community has a rich history stretching back to 1757, when the area was first settled. The area started as a small agricultural village and has not changed much in the hundreds of years since. The community has no major shopping malls, grocery stores, or streetlights. The town center is tiny and consists of a gas station that dates back to WWII and a locally-owned deli. Easton offers peaceful living and a small-town charm unlike anywhere else in the region.

For the past 20 years, the owners have been delighting guests with fine dining and world-class service. You can find another fantastic Italian eatery at Biagio's Osteria. With a commitment to organic, seasonal dishes, there is always something new to try at this posh restaurant. They also serve over one hundred different wines.

Easton offers a wide selection of venues and activities for area residents. Pristine natural spaces allow locals to get outside and enjoy New England’s four distinct seasons. The Pequonnock Valley Wildlife Management Area offers miles of hiking trails through the park’s stunning forests. Situated in a river valley, the park features unique granite formations left by melting glaciers. Outdoor enthusiasts can also check out Collis P. Huntington State Park. This natural space stretches over 1,000 acres and offers hiking, horseback riding, fishing, and hunting. 

The Easton area is full of opportunities for golfers to get out and enjoy a game on an immaculate lawn. The Aspetuck Valley Country Club combines high-end amenities with pristine natural beauty.
